  • tejföl - 150 milliliter
  • vöröshagyma - 2 darab
  • citrom héja - 1 darab
  • Knorr® Basis für Gulasch - 1 csomag
  • sovány marhahús - 1 kilogramm


  1. Cube beef. Finely chop onions. Working in batches, brown the meat in margarine over medium high heat. Set aside.
  2. Sauté the onions until golden brown in 1 tbsp. margarine. Add 1 pouch of Knorr® Basis für Gulasch and 500ml of water. Return the meat to the pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for 40 min. or until the meat is tender. Add lemon zest and stir.
  3. Serve with a dollop of sour cream over noodles or with mashed potatoes.
